1. Even CEOs use AI for Emails

Top executives are leaning on AI tools for day-to-day communication. LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky revealed that he uses AI assistance for almost every high‑stakes email he sends, including messages to Microsoft’s CEO and other world leaders.

He describes using AI as like having a “second brain” that knows him well and helps ensure he “sounds super smart” in important communications.

Roslansky doesn’t let the AI just write whole emails autonomously. Instead, he uses Microsoft’s Copilot as an interactive writing partner that asks him questions and guides him through refining his message step by step.

The takeaway

Use AI tools like ChatGPT to polish your important emails. Many CEOs rely on it, so there’s no reason to feel uneasy about using it yourself.

2. AI Agents Are Coming: Are You Ready?

The next big shift in AI continues to be toward “agentic” AI (systems that can act autonomously on tasks) and many companies are now gearing up for it.

A new global survey by Cisco finds that 83% of organizations plan to deploy AI agents, and nearly 40% expect these agents to be working alongside employees within one year. (Think of AI agents as advanced bots that can execute complex actions, not just answer questions.)

However, this enthusiasm might be racing ahead of readiness. Only about 15% of companies say their current IT infrastructure can handle the complexity and data needs of sophisticated AI systems

The takeaway

Companies that strategically build the technical foundation and skills for AI are reaping outsized benefits, while those that don’t may struggle as autonomous AI tools become standard business practice

3. “AI Change Management Made Simple” is only $0.99 again on Amazon

My latest book, “AI Change Management Made Simple” which hit the Amazon #1 Best Seller lists in multiple categories is back on a discount.

The book is about an easy-to-follow, 9-step framework that helps business leaders lead generative AI transformations successfully.

It comes with 9 downloadable resources, and it’s listed for only $0.99 for a limited time on Amazon..

4. OpenAI Continues to Redefine the AI Race

OpenAI launched a few updates in the last two weeks, but here are a couple of major ones.

  • ChatGPT Atlas (October 21) is an AI-powered browser with a built-in sidecar that automatically has context for whatever's on your screen, eliminating copy-paste friction. Read more

  • The Company Knowledge feature (October 23) represents the period's most significant enterprise development. It connects ChatGPT to Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive, GitHub, Gmail, Salesforce, Jira, and 15+ other platforms. Read more

Why this matters: OpenAI continues to execute an aggressive platform strategy integrating commerce, content creation, team collaboration, and massive compute infrastructure.

They’re making it easier for business leaders to pick them over other competitors.

5. One Prompt You Can Use at Work Today

Here’s a practical ChatGPT Prompt you can use at work:

Summarize the key decisions and action items from our [Meeting Name] on [Date]. Provide two lists in the output – one for decisions made (with brief context) and one for action items (with the responsible person’s name and a due date for each).

For example,

Summarize the key decisions and action items from our Website Redesign Strategy meeting on October 31, 2025. Provide two sets of bullet points. First, list the decisions made (for example: Decided to prioritize mobile user experience in Q1). Then, list the action items (for example: Create new homepage wireframe – Alex (due Nov 10) and Conduct user feedback survey – Maria (due Nov 15)).”
